The neighbourhood is a fundamental physical and social horizon for human life. The publication is based on the 8th edition of the Oslo Architecture Triennale, from which it borrows its title. The subtitle underscores the double emphasis on (architectural) form – the ways places are planned, designed and built – and political reform – how we might rethink policies, economic models, and governance structures for the built environment.
